As some of you may know, with in the next year, one of our owners, Susie Peterson will be retiring from RCC. She will be truly missed by the whole RCC family of staff and customers, but we will wish her well in her next adventures! Susie sat down and reflected on her time at RCC and invites you to share in one last Customer Seminar with her next June!
A letter from sue
To our family of RCC Customers,
It has truly been a great pleasure to work with so many of you over the years. I’ve worked at RCC with my RCC work family AND my real family! As I look to my upcoming retirement, I get to enjoy one more customer seminar with many of you.
When I came to RCC 25 years ago, I was excited to start a new career with my brothers and the staff of 12 at RCC. (We now have 75 staff persons at RCC!) I LOVE to learn, and while it was SO humbling to start at the bottom and learn all there was to learn at RCC, I relished the challenge (and I slept REALLY good every night)! After running my own retail business for 20 years, I was anxious to see how my years in the high customer service industry of retail sales would translate to RCC. It was a great fit. I loved helping so many of you on the phone and over the screechy old modems and newer TeamViewer connections!! I thoroughly enjoyed meeting so many of you in person at seminars and educational sessions. My love for learning and helping others was especially helpful at those events.
During my time here, we have gone from small 4 hour ‘user meetings’ to full blown multi-day educational seminars. I’m thrilled to see how our ‘Francy’ team of Freddie and Nancy have taken these sessions to a whole new level. Education in any way, shape or form is my passion. We realize how hard it is for our customers to keep up with what’s new and also make use of all the tools in the RCC arsenal that have been available for years. This is a great way to tackle all that is RCC!
I hope any of you who can make it will join us in Myrtle Beach this year. The ability for our customers to meet each other, share their ideas, and pool their thoughts on how to make RCC better is an unmatchable learning opportunity for ALL of us. I hope you can share my thrill and thirst for knowledge and join us June 16-20, 2023. As many of our customers have said, it is truly worth the trip. And as my Dad would say in his happy voice, “It’s tax deductible!!”
